Ebrahim Zoutenberg
Ebrahim possesses a Bachelors degree of Technology in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He has over 15 years of work experience in the civil engineering field.
Ebrahim was employed by the eThekwini Municipality, Roads Provision, Pavement & Geotechnical Engineering Department and was responsible for eThekwini’s road infrastructure assets. His duties were as follows: maintaining the eThekwini road asset database; drafting strategic needs analysis for the rehabilitation of the municipal road network; carrying out detailed visual reports on trial treatments carried out within eThekwini; conducting training for consultants in terms of UTG2; facilitating the as-built database for eThekwini road rehabilitation projects; carrying out detailed design; and managing road rehabilitation projects as per the strategic needs analysis.
He has always had a passion for structural and civil engineering. He is registered with the Engineering council of South Africa as a Professional Technologist and is a member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineers.
