Asset management
The firm conducts assessments and non-destructive tests to assess the condition of buildings and infrastructure, and subsequently compile detailed reports. Using a systems approach, the firm will:
- Determine the Life Cycle effects of these strategies on the condition of the asset including future maintenance requirements and budgetary needs
- Assist in selecting the best preventive maintenance strategy for the asset while taking into account present and future budgetary and resource constraints
- Assist in identifying the present and future budgetary requirements for implementing the ideal preventive maintenance strategy for the building
